If you are ordering - Bikes - online, please call us to discuss delivery instructions before completing your purchase. Please be aware that bikes cannot be shipped directly to customers in their original packaging; however, we can arrange for them to be on-shipped once prepared. Additionally, please note that an assembly fee applies.

The essential basket

The Stuff Rack is the new basket that replaces the Bread Basket for our bikes with the new HT or Head Tube mounting system.

With a large loading capacity and a maximum load capacity of 23kg, the Stuff Rack can be used to carry schoolbags, groceries or any other cargo.

It’s attached to the frame rather than the wheel, so you can ride safely without compromising your bike’s stability, even with a load on the front. For rainy weather, equip your Stuff Rack with a Cover Kit to protect your belongings. You can also get a Grab & Go, the bag adapted to the Stuff Rack that will follow you throughout the day.

Compatibility: HT (Head Tube) fixation

This Add-On is designed exclusively for bikes equipped with the HT (Head Tube) mounting system. 

  • The HT system attaches to the front tube of your cargo bike.
  • Refer to the photos to identify your bike’s attachment system.
  • If your bike does not match the HT system, this Add-On will not be compatible.

We use a premium delivery service to deliver all of our bikes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles from a different warehouse so may arrive separately to any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.

Your product is covered by a 12 month Warranty or more if you opted for the extended warranty. Make sure you register your product.
