Work Ride - Getting Started
1. Check if your employer is signed up
Ask your HR or manager if your workplace offers the Workride program. If they’re not part of it yet, you can encourage them to join — it’s quick and free for employers to get set up.
2. Choose your dream bike or e-bike
Browse our range and pick the bike that suits your lifestyle — whether it’s an e-bike for an easy commute, a road bike for speed, or a hybrid for all-round use.
3. Apply through Workride
Once your employer confirms participation, you’ll apply via the Workride platform. Your chosen bike quote is submitted for approval.
4. Approval & salary sacrifice setup
When approved, your employer sets up a simple salary sacrifice arrangement. This is where your savings kick in — you’ll pay for the bike from your pre-tax salary, saving you between 32% and 63%.
5. Collect your bike and start riding
Pick up your new bike and enjoy the ride! You’ll spread the cost over 12–36 months, but the bike is yours to keep at the end of the term.
