The all-new Maxxis Receptor is a semi-slick gravel tire designed for riding on pavement, hard-packed dirt roads, and light gravel.

• 120 TPI Tubeless Ready (TR) casing

Construction: The Receptor uses our tried and true 120 TPI casing to reduce weight and improve ride quality.

Compound: Two rubber compounds are used on the Receptor to balance rolling resistance and traction.

Protection: Our legendary EXO Protection – borrowed from our mountain bike tires – is used in the sidewalls of the Receptor to reduce the chance of flats from cuts or abrasions. 

Recommended Use: The Receptor slots into the Maxxis gravel line between our high-volume Velocita slick and the knobbier Rambler. Choose the Maxxis Receptor if you ride predominantly on smooth surfaces with the occasional unpaved adventure.​

We use a premium delivery service to deliver all of our bikes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles from a different warehouse so may arrive separately to any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.
