The kommit® bike towing collection for everyone and everywhere is built to keep adventures moving – whether you’re riding with children or supporting adults who need a boost.

Developed in Germay, made in Europe and powered by innovative self-retracting technology, the kommit® bike towing system delivers up to 265 pound (120 kg) of pulling force, making it strong enough for real-life challenges and real riders.

Kommit’s Bike Towing System is made from hard-wearing nylon line borrowed from skydiving and extends out to 2m. It offers tool-free attachment under your saddle, and the loop at the end is designed to slip over your passenger’s stem. There is a good-sized pull tab to prevent squished fingers, and it makes for an easy target to remove the loop at the top of a climb.

Kommit also includes a carabiner to help you lasso oddly shaped stems or tricky cockpit situations.

The reel is auto-retracting, so there is no need to worry about there being too much slack. That said, the cord is not dynamic, so be careful when you drop the clutch to prevent whiplash.

The line itself is braided and has a tensile load capacity of 120kg — that’s the pulling force, not the weight of what you’re towing. So it’s not just for kids, and if one of your mates has an e-Bike, they can absolutely shuttle you up the hill.

We use a premium delivery service to deliver all of our bikes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles from a different warehouse so may arrive separately to any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.
