The Gravel Wide 42 is built for riders who want the stability and tyre support of an ultra-wide rim without the added depth of a dedicated aero wheel. With a 42mm profile and a 30mm internal width, it delivers confident handling, fast acceleration, and exceptional stability across rough, technical, or unpredictable terrain.

• 42mm deep carbon rims: A versatile mid-depth profile that balances responsiveness with aero efficiency. Quick to accelerate, steady in crosswinds, and composed on technical gravel where agility matters.

• Optimised for modern gravel tyres: The 30mm internal / 36mm external rim width shapes 40–50mm tyres into a stable, aerodynamic profile that improves cornering support, enhances crosswind stability, and maintains smooth aerodynamic flow across varied terrain.

• Monster Gravel Ready: The ultra-wide platform also maximises performance and compatibility with larger 55mm+ “monster gravel” tyres, providing a supportive casing shape, predictable handling at low pressures, and confident control on rougher, more technical terrain.

• Enhanced aero performance: The wide rim bed shapes the tyre into a smoother, more rounded leading edge. This reduces turbulence, improves crosswind stability, and maintains speed more efficiently across rough and variable terrain.

• T800 Toray carbon layup: High-strength fibres deliver a responsive, durable structure built to withstand heavy gravel loads, sharp impacts, and long-distance abuse.

• Tubeless-compatible design: Run lower pressures with confidence. Hookless rim bed comes pre-taped for tubeless setup (valves not included).

• Reinforced spoke interface: DK’s strengthened spoke bed maintains tension balance and keeps the wheel tracking precisely, even under high torque and rough terrain.

• Ratchet ring hub internals: High-engagement, ultra-reliable, and easy to maintain. Built for fast accelerations, steep climbs, and endless dust.
