Introduction

The new NCM T3S is the brand new generation of the NCM brand. Successor to the flagship NCM Milano, it features a new reinforced fully integrated, and removable battery in the frame, a sleek new design, improved ergonomics, and versatility ready to tackle any journey, short or long.

The T3S offers more comfort and control than ever before and guarantees a pleasant ride thanks to an upright seating position, a low through frame, and optimized ergonomics with adjustable handlebars and a gel-padded saddle.

Warranty

• 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, and lights)
• 2-year warranty on the bike frame. For more warranty information visit our FAQS.
• Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires, brake pads, chains, spokes, freewheel, tire puncture etc) are not included in the warranty but may be replaced on a case by case basis within the first 6 months.
• Our bikes are water resistant but not waterproof. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

Shipping Information

We use a premium delivery service to deliver all of our bikes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Bicycles from a different warehouse so may arrive separately to any other items ordered. A signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

Delivery & Returns

All products are sourced from official importers and covered by manufacturers warranty. If you do need to send items back to us please make sure that you retain proof of postage in the event that it is needed.

Warranty

Your product is covered by a 12 month Warranty or more if you opted for the extended warranty. Make sure you register your product.
